I had the opportunity to shoot in downtown Kansas City at an ‘ultra-modern’ loft near 18th and Baltimore. The interior was designed with all white appliance and cabinetry that made for a stark contrast between background and subject. I processed the file with a ‘bleach bypass’ to give it an even more clean feel. With the styling (Milly polo and skirt), make-up and hair it made for a very modern yet retro look.
